Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Three (3) years of experience administering business operations or operational programs and/or assisting professional/management staff with administrative or operational functions.
  • FBI criminal background checks are required.
  • Valid work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the U.S.

  • Experience supporting senior leadership, executives, or multiple department leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with proven success managing high-volume tasks, competing priorities, and consistent follow-through
  • Experience maintaining records, documentation, standard operating procedures, and administrative workflows with strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with systems such as Workday, SharePoint, Teams, and other operational or project management tools
  • A demonstrated commitment to customer service, professionalism, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative work, follow-through, and coordination to keep a division running smoothly.
  • Handle tasks with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Close loops, communicate proactively, and ensure details are not missed.
  • Take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Support senior leadership, executives, or multiple department leaders.
  • Manage high-volume tasks and competing priorities.
  • Maintain records, documentation, standard operating procedures, and administrative workflows.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other operational documents.
  • Work with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and know when to take initiative.
  • Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Identify needs for information, locate it, and organize and maintain records effectively.
  • Keep systems clear, accessible, and dependable for supported teams.
  • Work extended hours and/or alternative shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) if staffing challenges arise, weather conditions warrant, or an emergency crisis occurs.
