About The Position

As a Business Analyst within J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting Wealth Advisors and their clients. You will collaborate with the team to build relationships, deliver exceptional client experiences, maintain high service standards, and support activities for prospective and existing clients. Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to learn firm systems quickly.
A proven track record of following up and driving tasks from initiation to completion.
Strong communication skills with advisors, internal partners, and client associates; ability to build and sustain effective relationships while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Self-starter able to work independently in demanding environments.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and proactively identify and address client needs.
At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Create strategies for branch-level project execution and management initiatives.
Oversee onboarding for new Financial Advisors, including day-one package delivery, client communications, and adherence to protocols.
Manage employee offboarding, ensuring proper distribution of a departing Financial Advisor’s book of business.
Collaborate with Business-aligned functional areas to develop strategies that improve communication and drive efficiencies.
Identify and communicate efficiencies and inefficiencies to relevant leaders to support growth and development.
Work with Risk and Controls, Supervisory Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve Advisor and client issues and requests.
Design and implement communication strategies for key initiatives, ensuring effective updates from Business-aligned functional areas to local management and the front office.
