The role leads sales, operations, and team development, building a successful business and representing Ōnin in the local market. The Business Manager drives growth, develops talent, and supports the surrounding community.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for people and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations, focusing on performance and service excellence.
• Drive business growth through sales, networking, and local market engagement.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing internal team.
• Cultivate client partnerships and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Support job seekers through onboarding, orientation, and job placement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and safety standards.
• Grow the branch strategically using Ōnin’s Branch Maturity Cycle.
