About The Position

Atkins Kroll is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will help customers navigate financing and protection options while supporting dealership profitability and ensuring every transaction is completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Sales Managers, sales associates, lenders, and insurance providers to deliver a seamless customer experience while maximizing F&I opportunities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience working in an automotive dealership strongly preferred
  • 3–5 years of banking and/or consumer lending experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with automotive financing, lending, insurance, or F&I products is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of finance, lending, and vehicle transaction processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential financial information
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance
  • Valid Guam Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Present financing, insurance, extended warranties, service contracts, and other aftermarket products to new and used vehicle customers
  • Clearly explain financing terms, protection products, and available options to customers
  • Obtain and process credit applications and submit deals to approved lenders
  • Explore alternative financing options to secure competitive terms and approvals when needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, manufacturer-affiliated lenders, insurance providers, and approved finance sources
  • Ensure all F&I documentation is accurate, complete, properly executed, and processed within required timelines
  • Manage financing, title, lien, tax, insurance, and other required transaction documents
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal and local regulations, lender requirements, manufacturer standards, and company policies
  • Conduct all customer transactions professionally, ethically, and transparently
  • Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Associates to maximize F&I opportunities and achieve finance, product penetration, and income targets
  • Maintain an effective customer turnover process to ensure eligible customers are introduced to F&I
  • Provide the sales team with current information and training on financing, leasing, insurance, warranties, and extended service programs
  • Monitor F&I performance and prepare reports on product penetration, revenue, and departmental goals
  • Coordinate forecasting and performance tracking with Sales Management
  • Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of finance and insurance proceeds
  • Maintain accurate and organized F&I contracts, records, forms, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain current knowledge of lending programs, products, regulations, and industry practices
  • Train designated backup personnel to ensure continuity of F&I operations
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and professional development activities
  • Maintain a professional appearance and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
