Requirements

Previous Automotive Finance Manager or Business Manager experience required.
Proven track record of strong production, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
Proficiency with dealership software and computer systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Guiding customers through financing options and helping secure the best lending solutions available.
Presenting vehicle protection products and ownership-enhancement programs that provide value and peace of mind.
Structuring deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Building strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
Accurately submitting deals, obtaining approvals, and effectively closing transactions.
Preparing contracts and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Auditing completed deals and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Managing contract funding and helping ensure timely lender payments.
Maintaining compliance with all dealership, state, federal, and lender requirements.
