About The Position

A leading national law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its Wilmington office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated business disputes, including matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery, one of the nation's premier business courts.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–3 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling court filings, drafting pleadings, and managing litigation matters
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Delaware bar admission required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court of Delaware, and/or the District of Delaware strongly preferred
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Complex business and commercial litigation matters
• Delaware Court of Chancery litigation
• Superior Court of Delaware and District of Delaware matters
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Managing discovery and preparing for depositions
• Participating in depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Direct client interaction and substantive case responsibility
• Collaboration with a nationally recognized litigation team
