Our practice areas include commercial litigation, Constitutional advocacy, hospitality law, and election law. We handle significant cases, from dismantling election systems that dilute minority votes to first amendment litigation at the U.S. Supreme Court, often with long-lasting impact. We also dedicate ourselves to pro bono efforts through the Brewer Storefront. We are looking for individuals who view pressure as a privilege and are motivated by work that extends beyond billable hours.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution.
• Sophisticated experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution.
• Top twenty school or top 10% of law school class.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Licensed to practice in New York and/or Texas.

Nice To Haves

• Trial experience preferred.
• Additional jurisdictions a plus.
• Federal or appellate state clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience on law review, journals, and moot court preferred.
