About The Position

Nelson Mullins law firm is looking to add a mid-level Litigation Associate to its product liability team in the Los Angeles office. As an Am Law 100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries. The Nelson Mullins Los Angeles-area office serves as the center of its West Coast presence and its attorneys offer a range of transactional and litigation services to clients in a variety of industries including automotive, banking & financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of meaningful, hands-on experience in product liability and general litigation
• Specifically practicing in California
• Background in product liability focused on the automotive, medical device, and/or consumer products industries
• Strong track record in California state and federal courts
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Thorough understanding of civil procedure rules
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to the California Bar in good standing
