About The Position
A national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Business Litigation team in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of sophisticated disputes, including breach of contract claims, business torts, fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, financial services litigation, class actions, and insurance-related matters. The associate will have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility, including substantive motion practice, depositions, discovery management, client interaction, and trial and arbitration preparation.
Requirements
- Experience handling complex commercial or business litigation matters
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with a larger team
- California Bar admission

- Experience with financial services, class actions, insurance coverage, bad faith, or securities litigation
