About The Position

The firm maintains an active trial practice, representing clients across state and federal courts with skill and precision. They are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with a strong background in civil litigation and preferred experience in bankruptcy. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-stakes litigation matters while providing strategic solutions to complex challenges.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Civil Litigation experience with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in representing clients across various litigation matters, including business, commercial, and property disputes.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Courtroom experience with demonstrated advocacy and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bankruptcy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
• Handle relief from stay motions in bankruptcy cases.
• Represent clients in lender litigation and judicial foreclosures.
• Guide clients through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
• Provide clear, solutions-focused guidance to clients throughout their matters.
