About The Position

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR company, is hiring a Business Intern to support its Warranty team in Denton, Texas. The internship is for students currently enrolled in college and involves analysis, reporting, warranty audits, training materials, and projects to improve warranty processing and achieve cost savings. The position is onsite.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Business, Data Analytics, or related program.

Nice To Haves

SQL, Python, and Tableau skills.
Microsoft Office skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask; self-starter and resourceful.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, relevant, and meaningful ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
Create and implement dashboards and reports in Tableau.
Lead warranty audit projects aimed at improving warranty processing and achieving cost savings.
Develop and maintain training and reference materials for dealerships and internal staff.
Assist with warranty training programs, including updating online modules, preparing monthly webinars, and enhancing the warranty procedure manual.
Contribute to assigned projects aimed at improving warranty processing and achieving cost savings.
