About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Business Intelligence Manager to build dashboards, develop client-facing reports, and turn website, content, and advertising data into actionable insights for Inquirer USA Channel. The role will create reporting solutions from the ground up, validate data, and help the team understand audience behavior, evaluate advertising performance, and identify opportunities to improve content engagement and advertiser outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business intelligence, digital analytics, or ad operations reporting.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, preferably GA4.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager reporting and an understanding of digital advertising metrics.
• Working knowledge of Facebook advertising metrics and reporting.
• Proficiency in a dashboard or visualization platform, such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Ability to translate business questions into useful metrics, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate data inconsistencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver accurate reports on time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting a digital publisher, media organization, or advertising business.
• Experience creating reports for external clients or advertisers.
• Familiarity with HubSpot dashboards and paid-advertising reporting.
• SQL skills or experience connecting data sources and automating reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with website event tracking and campaign tagging.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Google Analytics dashboards and client-facing reports covering website traffic, audience behavior, and content performance.
• Develop Google Ad Manager reports to track ad impressions, clicks, click-through rates, and other relevant advertising metrics.
• Analyze article engagement, traffic sources, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze Facebook advertising results and provide clear findings and recommendations.
• Consolidate data from multiple platforms into consistent, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
• Validate reporting accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and maintain clear metric definitions.
• Work with internal stakeholders to define reporting needs and establish reporting schedules.
• Present findings to internal teams and clients, explaining results and recommended next steps.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve reporting workflows.
