Business Intelligence (BI) QA Engineer

The job overview for this position is that the candidate will be part of the Engineering Team and will be responsible for testing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards in a Cognos or similar environment. They will also work with internal users in a requirements analysis role and should have knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts. Experience with other business intelligence and report tools like SSIS and Business Objects is also desired.

• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, and data warehousing concepts

• Strong English communication skills
• Working knowledge of cloud environment and big data technologies (preferred)
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Agile environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with QA industry best practices
• Experience in building scalable enterprise web-based reporting applications
