About The Position

As a Business Experience & Plan Manager within PNC's Technology - Presidents CIO Group/Collaboration & Enablement organization, you will serve as a strategic and tactical leader, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution. You will drive numerous strategic reporting requests, produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic reporting for multiple audiences (up to the PNC President), and lead workforce strategy analysis and support execution of related initiatives. You will also develop standardized templates to drive consistency, ensure collaboration and alignment across multiple teams, and facilitate working sessions with diverse stakeholders to communicate insights, explain strategy, and drive organizational change. This role acts as a strategic change agent, delivering incremental tactical improvements as well as large-scale transformation initiatives. You will manage and drive execution of strategic reporting efforts, including direct oversight of a small team (2–3 team members), and partner across multiple organizational levels, tailoring messaging and presentations based on audience needs. Additionally, you will create clear, well-structured presentations that can be effectively facilitated by others and support transformation planning and execution initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Drives numerous strategic reporting requests, including both regularly scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
  • Produces weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic reporting for multiple audiences, spanning up to the PNC President
  • Leads workforce strategy analysis and supports execution of related initiatives
  • Develops standardized templates to drive consistency across all Lines of Business and data teams within the President’s CIO Group
  • Ensures collaboration and alignment across multiple teams to present a single, cohesive view from the President’s CIO Group
  • Facilitates working sessions with diverse stakeholders to communicate insights, explain strategy, and drive organizational change
  • Acts as a strategic change agent, delivering incremental tactical improvements as well as large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Manages and drives execution of strategic reporting efforts, including direct oversight of a small team (2–3 team members)
  • Partners across multiple organizational levels, tailoring messaging and presentations based on audience needs
  • Creates clear, well-structured presentations that can be effectively facilitated by others
  • Supports transformation planning and execution initiatives across the organization
  • Coordinates and supervises cross-functional teams to improve line of business planning methods.
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus, appropriate risk management practices and leadership standards to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
  • Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
  • Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Consults with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Leads a team that develops and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
