As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Advisor within PNC's Performance Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Job Description Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations. Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals. Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives. Requirements

  • Executive level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing and supporting the achievement of the metric thresholds on the Technology Scorecard.
  • Document and present the risk findings while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and the metric owners and present findings on Risk Management calls.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, President CIO directors, and all levels of leadership.
  • Independently engage with leadership to monitor and track the status of metrics.
  • Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
