Business Development – Mining Pool & Firmware

Luxor Technology Corporation•Miami, FL
•Onsite

About The Position

Luxor is hiring a person to own revenue for its Mining Pool & Firmware business line, a core part of its Bitcoin mining business. Luxor’s Mining Pool serves institutional miners across BTC, LTC, DOGE, and ZEC, while LuxOS is custom ASIC firmware for Antminer and WhatsMiner fleets. The role focuses on profitable market share: winning business from established competitors at fees that preserve margin and reflect product quality. The role owns Pool & Firmware revenue and quarterly targets agreed with leadership. It involves sourcing and closing new customers, negotiating commercial terms, managing firmware pilots through fleet-wide deployments, building partner channels, and bundling Luxor products to win business. The position is based in the Miami or San Francisco office. Miami-based hires will work remotely until the Miami office opens in Q1 2027 and will travel regularly to customers. More than 80% of the role’s time is spent externally at customer sites, industry events, and in-person meetings. The position reports to the SVP, Business Development and starts immediately.
