Requirements

  • Independently work to manage one’s own time and resources in order to meet or exceed set objectives
  • Explaining/articulating relevant business/technical trends to others in a way that is clear and understood by the audience
  • Identify problems, drawing connections between data, and resourcefully taking action to solve through cross-functional objectives
  • Provide informal guidance and leadership to others
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B & industry in targeted segments (i.e.beauty, personal care, etc) highly preferred
  • Travel Required dependent upon developed opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and helps develop strategic relationships with potential and existing customers, to advance Amcor Tube Product Solutions and drive significant Tube growth
  • Assists with marketing and product development teams to implement business development initiatives to facilitate new business growth
  • Establish and maintain relationships with identified end-user customers to increase opportunity pipeline
  • Act as single customer contact for price authorizations, product recommendation, policy and support
  • Educate customers on Amcor Tube Product Solutions and innovation to create awareness and demand
  • Understand customer’s market segments, business strategies and sales objectives
  • Work with customer’s purchasing and leadership to develop and communicate annual and semi-annual business plans and growth improvement plans where allowable
  • Identify market opportunities and develop internal plans to leverage incremental business and grow existing business
  • Collect and synthesize information related to market conditions, marketing plans / programs and competitive activity
  • Meet or exceed all growth objectives aligned with Corporate Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Report on market opportunities and customer issues within territory of responsibility and among colleagues. When requested, apply market expertise and product knowledge to support colleagues in non-assigned markets. Assist in identifying opportunities and developing plans to leverage incremental business. Facilitate cross-functionally to drive organic growth.
  • Manage and nurture warm leads to build new business relationships and new, profitable revenue. Maintain and grow current end-user business while uncovering new product opportunities. Understand end- user market segment(s) and business objectives.
  • Provide information related to market conditions, marketing plans/programs and competitive activity. Complete administrative requirements in a timely and thorough manner including prompt follow-up to resolve issues. Proactively use CRM tools to drive business results, manage performance and contribute to capability of Sales Cloud. Develop pipeline management metrics to increase organic growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a coachable attitude and remain accountable through the effective use of providing and asking for feedback.
  • Proactively set and measure clear business objectives.
  • Serve as a role model with exceptional behavior and work collaboratively across disciplines and within the team.
  • Ability to articulate and support the vision, and influence across teams.
