PGS partners with long-term care communities to provide behavioral health services that support residents, facility teams, and the communities we serve. Our Business Development team plays a critical role in expanding access to these services by building strong, sustainable partnerships with long-term care organizations. This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed. Duties and responsibilities may change based on organizational and business needs. PGS is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to help expand our partnerships with long-term care communities throughout our growing service areas. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective facility partners, build relationships with key decision-makers, and create new opportunities for PGS to bring behavioral health services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living communities, independent living communities, and other long-term care settings. This is a highly collaborative, outreach-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys developing new relationships, working independently in the field, and turning prospective opportunities into long-term partnerships.
