About The Position

This role focuses on developing new customers and business initiatives to achieve sales goals. The specialist will build and maintain relationships with key personnel at existing and potential customers, acting as the primary sales contact. Responsibilities include creating sales quotations, forecasting and reporting on sales metrics, generating and managing leads, and organizing customer meetings. The position also involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a customer-centric experience and communicating customer needs to stakeholders to improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience managing large account portfolios.
  • Strong customer service and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge or Experience in Mechanical or Electrical products is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the company’s sales ambitions.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing customers, and act as the main Sales point of contact.
  • Create sales quotations that meet customers’ requirements.
  • Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).
  • Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers and new market opportunities.
  • Organize and chair Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.
  • Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide customers with a customer-centric experience.
  • Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders and suggest actions to improve sales performance.
