About The Position

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and its affiliated brands are seeking a dependable and driven Business Development Specialist committed to identifying new opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and driving revenue growth across their markets. DICOT aims to bring clarity, access, and reliability to the diagnostic imaging process and is looking for someone to expand that impact by building strong relationships and growing their presence in the community.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with personal injury/LOP
  • Experience in business development, sales, or provider relations
  • Ability to engage physicians, attorneys, and business leaders effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization, along with PowerPoint and presentation design
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in healthcare or medical imaging preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new referral sources, including physician offices, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, legal partners, and employer groups
  • Build and execute territory strategies to increase imaging volume and market presence
  • Develop tailored partnership solutions aligned with client needs
  • Strengthen relationships with key decision makers to drive long-term growth
  • Monitor market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics within CRM systems
