About The Position

Redial BPO is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads. This is a 100% remote role for candidates based in the U.S. or Mexico, working Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST (45 hours/week).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or lead generation (BPO or SaaS experience is a huge plus!).
  • Fully Bilingual (C1/Native English) is indispensable.
  • College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • A "great attitude," team-player mindset, and the ability to handle feedback and pivot quickly.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home office.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and stable power supply (with backup options).
  • High-quality audio for professional calls.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Pipeline: Proactively find new business through cold calling, emailing, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Lead Management: Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for our senior sales team.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends and evaluate customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Align Redial’s value proposition with potential clients' business needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Represent: (When applicable) Attend industry conferences and tradeshows to expand our network.
