About The Position

fal is building the Generative Media Cloud. Infrastructure that helps creators and developers turn raw ideas into finished media, instantly. We’re growing fast and looking for tech-savvy, motivated BDRs with a strong interest in AI to join our growing sales team. You’ll help build a healthy pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and prospecting into high-value accounts, engaging in technical, thoughtful conversations with a sophisticated customer base. The ideal candidate is results-driven, curious about the evolving AI landscape, and thrives in a fast-paced startup. You’re confident initiating outreach, navigating nuanced product discussions, and showing prospects how generative AI can impact their business.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer facing role, especially in fast-moving tech environments such as AI and SaaS
  • Track history or being able to engage with technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are always “on”
  • Know how to move fast and iterate
  • Familiarity with the latest CRM systems and sales engagement tools

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI, dev tools, or creative communities and love staying at the edge of what's possible

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline by prospecting into key accounts via email, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Craft personalized outreach to high-priority leads through research-driven targeting
  • Communicate Fal’s value proposition and act as a brand ambassador
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback
  • Stay informed on AI/ML trends to engage in relevant, technical conversations
