Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role — ideally in SaaS, AdTech, or B2B tech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You've done real outbound at scale — sequences, cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting — and you have the results to show for it.
  • You're a sharp communicator — written and verbal — who can adapt your style to different buyers and contexts.
  • You thrive in ambiguity. Fast-moving environments don't stress you out; they energize you.
  • You're resilient. Rejection is data, not defeat.
  • You have genuine commercial intuition — you think about why businesses buy, not just how to sell.
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience — you understand why process matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound pipeline through relentless, multi-channel prospecting — Hubspot email sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and everything in between.
  • Go deep on target accounts — understand their business models, pain points, and buying signals before you ever reach out.
  • Lead discovery conversations that qualify and convert, communicating Topsort's value with clarity and conviction.
  • Constantly test and iterate on outreach — what works, what doesn't, and why. You'll have a point of view on this.
  • Show up in person — at industry events, activations, and field initiatives — to build pipeline and represent the brand. Travel is part of the role.
  • Own your pipeline end-to-end in HubSpot. Clean data, strong follow-through.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to surface insights, sharpen messaging, and unlock new growth motions.
