As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Solink, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and generating new business opportunities. We are looking for a high-performance Mid-Market / Enterprise Business Development Representative who thrives in complex sales environments and knows how to break into larger, multi-location organizations. You will be responsible for strategically targeting and penetrating mid-market and enterprise accounts through a thoughtful, multi-channel outbound approach; including cold calls, strategic email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and event-driven engagement. You will also work closely with Marketing to convert inbound demand from webinars, conferences, field events, and paid campaigns into qualified pipeline for the sales team.
