About The Position

ARC Psychiatry and Lotus Consulting, part of ARC Health, provide outpatient mental health services across Northeast Ohio and Southeast Michigan. The Business Development Representative runs a partner development program that builds long-term referral relationships through regular meetings, shared patient insights, co-marketing, and in-office resources. The company provides a partner development playbook, patient-insight reports, kiosk materials, a market landing page, webinar programming, practice playbooks, referral personas, email templates, Salesforce lists and dashboards, Sales Enablement support for partner research and setup, an events budget, structured onboarding and training, and a weekly one-to-one meeting with the manager.
