About The Position

Promoboxx is growing and looking for ambitious, passionate, and competitive people to join their Sales Dream Team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). In this role, you will play a critical part in driving Promoboxx’s growth by creating new conversations with senior leaders at top consumer brands. You will partner closely with New Business Account Executives to identify the right accounts, understand buyer needs, and open doors with C-level marketing, sales, and executive decision-makers. The role includes high-impact sales training focused on combining the science of sales (data, research, targeting, process) with the art of sales (personalization, storytelling, relationship-building, persuasive communication). This position is for individuals who want to learn how to gain executive attention and create real opportunities with leading brands. The ideal candidate is coachable, resilient, curious, and motivated to win, with an opportunity to grow quickly and make a meaningful impact on a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of related Sales experience, demonstrating ability to excel in an outbound role
  • Interest in a career in Sales with a passion for winning
  • Positive attitude with the desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Communicate in a clear and compelling manner with a friendly demeanor
  • Articulate value and determine what is important to buyer personas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable being on the phone to compliment written outbound prospecting
  • Quick learner with an ability to solve problems

Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly buyer conversation quota
  • Partner with AEs to identify and target the ideal company profile (ICP) and C-level buyer persona titles
  • Network via relationships and referrals
  • Leverage smart, personalized outreach via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, events, and social media to gain the attention of and secure buyer conversations with CEO/President, C-Level Marketing, and C-Level Sales buyer personas at specific ICP prospect accounts
  • Clearly articulate the Promoboxx value proposition regarding how Promoboxx helps solve pain points and challenges buyer personas deal with daily to align with their business needs/use cases
  • Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM and Sales productivity tools to ensure activity is entered for a real-time view into an account, knowledge sharing, and proper follow-up notification reminders
