About The Position

The Business Development Representative will help grow a staffing agency by developing new client relationships and expanding business in the construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and uncapped commission opportunities. Compensation is $50,000–$100,000 plus commission and incentive opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or staffing sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry.
• Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, or industrial recruiting.
• Experience in both sales and recruiting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, email, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and other decision-makers.
• Identify client hiring needs and present staffing solutions, including direct hire, contract-to-hire, and temporary staffing.
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM/ATS records.
• Collaborate with recruiters to support successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
• Travel occasionally to meet with clients when required.
