About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Business Development Representative for a full-time, onsite sales opportunity based in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on B2B sales, new client acquisition, account management and relationship development throughout the local Lehigh Valley market. The Business Development Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions. This is a field-focused sales position involving direct, in-person prospect engagement and face-to-face outreach to business decision-makers.

Requirements

• 2.5-4 years of experience in sales, business development and account management REQUIRED
• Strong market research, lead generation and networking skills REQUIRED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruitment teams and independently REQUIRED
• Proficiency using CRM software and other sales-related tools REQUIRED
• Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and negotiate contracts REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field REQUIRED
