About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to grow our network of plumbing partners and generate new business. This is a field-based outside sales role where you will spend your time building relationships, visiting partners, and driving referrals that turn into restoration projects. If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting people, and earning commission based on your performance, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, or relationship-based roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services, restoration, construction, or plumbing industries

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with plumbing companies in your territory
  • Generate and grow referral partnerships
  • Conduct regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups with partners
  • Educate partners on our services and referral process
  • Track activity and opportunities in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and partner satisfaction
