About The Position

LettrLabs is looking for a hungry, proactive Outbound Sales Rep to own the top of our sales funnel. Your primary mission: hunt. You'll be building pipeline from the ground up — identifying prospects, running cold outreach, reactivating stale opportunities, and working hand-in-hand with our Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to fuel and scale our outbound motion. If you're a self-starter who thrives on outbound, loves the chase, and wants to grow alongside a high-performing sales team, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role (B2B SaaS, martech, or agency experience a plus)
  • Thrive in a high-tempo environment where no two days look the same
  • Fluent in HubSpot for tracking, logging, and reporting
  • Can handle multiple live chat/demo requests while keeping outbound motion consistent
  • Know how to write effective cold email sequences and test for performance
  • Can confidently lead a basic product demo and actively listen and qualify leads
  • Naturally organized, with strong follow-up instincts and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute high-volume cold email sequences and outreach campaigns to generate net-new pipeline consistently.
  • Work closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to align on target accounts, prioritize outreach, and support the growth of a scalable outbound motion.
  • Audit aged opportunities and systematically revive dormant prospects to maintain healthy, predictable pipeline growth.
  • Own accounts from qualification through handoff, ensuring AEs have everything they need to close.
  • Ensure smooth transitions to AEs with well-documented insights, thorough qualification notes, and clean data in HubSpot.
  • Keep CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and actionable at all times.
