About The Position

Advantage Auto Group is seeking a Service Business Development Representative (BDC) to join their call center team. This role is instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting service customers with appointment scheduling, providing updates, and supporting customer retention initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Strong customer service experience required
Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working with computers, CRM platforms, and dealership software
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and mandatory Saturdays

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Handle all inbound and outbound calls professionally while following established scripts and processes
Promptly answer incoming service inquiries and provide outstanding customer support
Schedule and manage service appointments according to dealership guidelines
Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer information in CRM systems
Perform outbound calling activities, including: No-show follow-ups, Appointment confirmations, Service reminders, Lead follow-ups, Task list completion
Meet or exceed performance goals, including approximately 125 outbound calls per day
Help maintain balanced appointment scheduling across the service department
Uphold company standards and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned
