Primarily responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s sales and service goals. This role involves answering incoming phone calls, logging customer interactions, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, re-scheduling no-shows, following up on appointment outcomes, maintaining customer databases, contacting the current customer base about marketing incentives, responding to website inquiries, and forwarding customer concerns to the appropriate department manager. The position also requires maintaining CSI standards, keeping a clean and safe work area, participating in training, following safety regulations, demonstrating core values, maintaining accurate timekeeping, and complying with company policies and federal, state, and local safety rules.
