High Desert PACE is looking for a dynamic, field-based Business Development Representative to champion our mission of delivering integrated care to seniors. If you are a self-directed healthcare professional with a background in post-acute care, senior services, or managed care, this role offers the autonomy to make a tangible impact. In this position, you will own territory strategy cultivating vital community referral relationships, educating partners on our unique model of care, and identifying eligible seniors who would thrive in our program. By building a consistent referral pipeline and meeting monthly enrollment targets, you’ll directly connect seniors with the comprehensive care they deserve. This is a salaried role featuring a monthly incentive structure tied directly to your enrollment success.
