About The Position

The Service BDC Representative is responsible for assisting customers by phone, email, text, and chat, scheduling service appointments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Customer service experience is required; dealership or call center experience is a plus.

  • Strong phone, typing, and communication skills
  • Professional written grammar and spelling
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and chat inquiries
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes
  • Meet daily performance goals
  • Learn and promote dealership services and programs, include outbound phones calls
