About The Position

1Password is growing rapidly, having surpassed $400M in ARR and consistently being recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100. We are seeking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our expanding team. The Business Development team works closely with our sales teams to drive outbound sales efforts in both new and existing accounts. The primary responsibility of a BDR is to generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting, including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach. We are transforming how we work with AI, expecting all team members to become power users, leveraging it daily to work smarter and faster. AI is integrated into our operations for real-time coaching and surfacing insights to anticipate needs, allowing more time for meaningful customer engagement. Requirements

  • 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching.
  • Strong sense of curiosity, enabling identification of business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers, along with the key decision makers who are affected.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong motivation and a goal-oriented approach, with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to interpret and adapt to changing conditions, quickly adjust to ambiguity, and leverage available resources to overcome obstacles with a strategic mindset.
  • Effective utilization of all available resources, including technology, team members, and external networks, to accomplish goals.
  • Strong proficiency using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Must be based in the USA for USA-based roles or Canada for Canada-based roles.
  • Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to drive outbound sales efforts in new and existing accounts.
  • Leverage an industry-leading software stack in outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Zoominfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple Account Executives/Managers to strategically prospect into new accounts, leveraging their unique roles and strengths to achieve shared goals.
  • Actively learn AI best practices, identify opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and drive innovative solutions in daily work.
