We are seeking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our expanding team. The Business Development team works closely with our sales teams to drive outbound sales efforts in both new and existing accounts. The primary responsibility of a BDR is to generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting, including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach. We are transforming how we work with AI, expecting all team members to become power users, leveraging it daily to work smarter and faster. AI is integrated into our operations for real-time coaching and surfacing insights to anticipate needs, allowing more time for meaningful customer engagement.
