About The Position

Acro Commerce is looking for a Business Development Professional to effectively guide prospective clients through the buyer’s cycle and continue to nurture them to long-lasting relationships. This role requires a seasoned sales veteran who understands the importance of consistent prospecting activities. The ideal candidate can build strong rapport and bond with people over the phone, through virtual meetings, via email, and in person. They strive to help prospects by identifying pain points and delivering the best solutions that can increase their ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a consultative sales position
  • Specific industry-related experience required: ERP, Commerce, Software, and B2B sales
  • Proficiency with Sales Systems, i.e., Sandler Training
  • Consultative Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Comfortable with CRM software
  • Familiarity with LLM models and functionality to scale sales efforts
  • A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development.
  • Must legally be able to work within Canada (for most positions due to client contracts)
