About The Position

Termine’s Specialty Supply is a growing plumbing supply distributor focused on building strong relationships and delivering reliable service to customers across the Florida market. As part of the Winston Family of Companies, we are focused on expanding our footprint and strengthening our presence in the region. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help grow the business and build lasting customer partnerships. This is a field-based business development and outside sales role focused on building relationships, growing existing accounts, and developing new business across the Central Florida area and surrounding markets. You will spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers, identifying opportunities, and working closely with the branch team to ensure execution from quote to delivery. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a territory and grow into a high-performing outside sales role.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred (plumbing supply, construction, or related industry a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize, and work independently
  • Willingness to be in the field daily and engage with customers
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct regular in-person visits and customer calls throughout the territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support customers from initial contact through order fulfillment and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Analyze territory activity and develop strategies to grow market share
  • Represent Termine’s Specialty Supply professionally in the market
