Termine’s Specialty Supply is a growing plumbing supply distributor focused on building strong relationships and delivering reliable service to customers across the Florida market. As part of the Winston Family of Companies, we are focused on expanding our footprint and strengthening our presence in the region. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help grow the business and build lasting customer partnerships. This is a field-based business development and outside sales role focused on building relationships, growing existing accounts, and developing new business across the Central Florida area and surrounding markets. You will spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers, identifying opportunities, and working closely with the branch team to ensure execution from quote to delivery. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a territory and grow into a high-performing outside sales role.
