About The Position

Delta Fabricators, LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Outside Sales Representative to help grow our client base and secure new contracts for our industrial services and skilled workforce. We need someone who is comfortable getting out into the field, visiting potential clients and job sites, building professional relationships, presenting our services, and closing new business. The right candidate will be proactive, confident, organized, and willing to create new opportunities instead of waiting for leads to come in.

Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new businesses
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel locally to client offices and job sites

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in outside sales, business development, staffing, construction, fabrication, industrial services, or a related field is preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Identify companies and job sites that may need Delta’s services or skilled workers
Visit potential clients throughout the Houston area and surrounding locations
Make calls, send emails, and schedule meetings with decision-makers
Build relationships with contractors, project managers, purchasing departments, and operations teams
Present Delta’s services, capabilities, rates, and available workforce
Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and negotiate service agreements
Work toward securing new contracts and long-term client relationships
Maintain an organized list of leads, contacts, meetings, and follow-up activities
Communicate client needs to Delta’s operations and management teams
Help identify immediate and upcoming projects where Delta’s workforce can be placed
