Northspyre is seeking a commercial real estate-savvy, operationally strong Business Development Manager to lead their inbound and outbound pipeline teams. This role is designed for someone with experience as a former broker team lead, inside sales leader, or call center manager within CRE, who understands how to drive high-volume outreach while maintaining quality conversations with sophisticated buyers. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with CRE stakeholders (developers, owners, brokers) and a process-driven, metrics-oriented leadership style to scale a high-performing business development function.
