Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of meeting or exceeding B2B sales quotas.
  • Expert-level prospecting, marketing, and communication skills.
  • A history of active involvement in professional associations and a knack for building long-term rapport.
  • A team player who can bridge the gap between sales goals and operational execution.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check/drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and capturing new business across office buildings, industrial sites, and schools.
  • Diving deep into client needs to craft high-value, complex proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Scheduling face-to-face presentations with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Managing your pipeline and activity with precision using Salesforce.com.
  • Being the "star of the show" at trade shows, corporate events, and regional networking functions.
