The company is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and scale its business across Italy. This role requires Go-To-Market expertise and top-tier enterprise sales skills, with a focus on face-to-face client execution and closing complex, high-value B2B deals. The Business Development Manager will work closely with global leadership, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between market needs and product delivery. The role can be based in North Italy (near Trentino-Alto Adige or Emilia-Romagna) or South Italy (near Puglia, Calabria or Apulia), with a central location like Bologna also considered. The position involves regular travel across assigned regions to meet growers, co-ops, and packing operations, with a significant portion of working time spent on the road.
