About The Position

Primary Responsibilities Lead commercial strategy and new business development with D3 & NEV customers Develop talent within the organization by mentoring team members, strengthening cross-functional capabilities, and supporting succession planning. Review RFQ packages and coordinate cross‑functional responses including engineering, cost estimating, and operations Develop pricing strategy and lead commercial negotiations Ensure customer requirements are translated into internal technical and program objectives Monitor program milestones and ensure successful product launch execution Support division long‑range planning and annual operating plan Lead customer presentations, program reviews, and technical discussions Partner with innovation teams to identify new product opportunities Maintain strong relationships with OEM purchasing, engineering, and program leadership Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field 8+ years automotive experience in sales, engineering, or program management Experience with plastic injection molded components or automotive exterior systems preferred Knowledge of automotive product development and RFQ processes Strong project management, analytical, and negotiation skills Travel Requirements Up to 35% travel required to support customer engagement and product launch activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years automotive experience in sales, engineering, or program management
  • Knowledge of automotive product development and RFQ processes
  • Strong project management, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Up to 35% travel required to support customer engagement and product launch activities.
