The Opportunity: We are committed to providing exceptional products and client experiences, and we’re looking for a Business Development Lead, Sales & Proposals to join our Business Development team. The Business Development Lead, Sales & Proposals is a high-impact role that combines consultative selling, hands-on proposal writing, and polished product demonstrations. You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing awarded contracts, with a particular focus on competitive public procurement (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs). Proposal and RFP authorship is a core strength of this role. You will own Camis's responses to competitive solicitations, crafting compliant, persuasive proposals that win. You will also use modern AI tools to work faster and raise quality across selling, presenting, and proposal development.
