Business Development Director is responsible for defining, planning and executing growth initiatives with Docusign partners; working in close collaboration with cross functional teams and key partners. The core objective for the role is to build a scalable partnerships growth engine around Docusign sales and GTM priorities (sales plays). You will work extensively with cross-functional stakeholders - especially product marketing, partner marketing and global partnerships organization. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, persuasive, result-oriented professional. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Business Development. This is a zero-to-one building role (vs run the business). It requires high business acumen, creativity, analytical rigor, persuasive communication, drive and high effectiveness in cross functional collaboration. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic ISV Partnerships.
