This role involves implementing and refining lead management processes to maximize TO lead conversion rates, ensuring workflows are executed, and providing guidance when appropriate. The consultant will maintain daily records of TO activity, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and generate regular reports on TO performance. They will also be responsible for confirming appointments, ensuring vehicle preparation, and managing CRM data integrity. Collaboration with stakeholders, managing the CEC Sales Pulse page, and optimizing long-term customer engagement through the CEC Return process are key aspects of this position. The role emphasizes delivering the Holman Experience by being welcoming, helpful, and attentive to customer needs.
