Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with realtors, designers, builders, and local influencers.
  • Develop referral partnerships that lead to real opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, community events, local markets, and associations.
  • Communicate company values and mission with professionalism and confidence.
  • Turn conversations into qualified leads and booked appointments.
  • Focus on homeowners and referral partners aligned with ideal projects.
  • Support the sales team by handing off warm, well-positioned opportunities.
  • Execute a targeted local strategy by focusing efforts in specific neighborhoods and high-value areas.
  • Identify where time will have the biggest impact.
  • Host small events like lunch & learns with top-performing realtors.
  • Build relationships with complementary trades (e.g., closet companies).
  • Stay active on social media by sharing presence before, during, and after events to build awareness and credibility organically.
