About the Role At Seen Health, Expansion is the engine that allows us to bring our transformative PACE model to more seniors. Our growth depends on our ability to architect complex, sustainable partnerships that allow us to enter and scale in new markets with speed and local resonance. Reporting directly to the Head of Expansion, you will be a key driver of new market entry. This is a high-ownership, externally-facing role for someone who thrives building relationships, representing an organization with confidence, and getting things done without a lot of hand-holding. You'll work across two interconnected areas: local business development in the San Gabriel Valley and greater LA area, and new market expansion research and early relationship-building across emerging PACE markets nationally. This is not a back-office role. You'll be at community meetings, on the phone with health officials and prospective partners, and attending conferences.
