Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (phone, email, online inquiries).
  • Schedule appointments for sales or service ensuring the efficient customer flow.
  • Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about products or services.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster a positive experience.
  • Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure they are satisfied and to move them towards a sale or service appointment.
  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Handle outbound calls.
  • Manage and respond to online inquiries.
  • Handle customer interactions through text or online chat.
