As a BDC Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping create a seamless and positive experience from the very first interaction. Answer incoming calls and schedule service & sales appointments Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat Follow up with customers and confirm appointments Re-engage “no show” customers and reschedule visits Manage and update customer records in CRM (VinSolutions) Handle internet leads from initial contact through appointment setting Coordinate with sales and service departments on appointments Stay current on automotive terminology, products, and manufacturer programs Support marketing campaigns by contacting customers about promotions Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service
