About The Position
Dover Dodge is a r apidly growing automotive retailers and finance company that is looking to hire a Business Development Representatives to join our Business Development Center (BDC). Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience
- experience in an automotive setting preferred
- Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bi-lingual
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and a drug test.

- Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
